Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team supporting US Neurology commercial operations as well as Patient Access Support teams as an IT BA/PM/Prompt Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, managing Web and SFDC projects, engineering prompts to optimize system efficiency and user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Business Requirements:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for development.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage Salesforce and Web projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Prompt Engineering:

• Design, develop, and implement prompts within the Salesforce Einstein platform to enhance user productivity and system functionality.
• Customize prompts using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies to meet specific business needs.
• Continuously optimize prompts based on user feedback and system performance metrics.

Documentation and Training:

• Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support prompt usage and system functionalities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure proper understanding and utilization of prompts.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in prompt engineering and project management processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and optimize Salesforce configurations.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst preferred
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
