Job Description
Responsible for local Lending Operation and Credit processing, preparing offering sheets on new and renewal loans, imaging of documentation, funds transfer, weekly past due processing, assist in portfolio management for insurances, taxes and audit requests. Line of Credit and liquidity balancing plus vault documentation responsibilities. Balance escrow accounts on a monthly basis.
Download weekly past due report from our On Line LIQ Datanet system; adjust to Excel format and distribute to loan officers with commentary for review at weekly Loan officer’s meeting.
Process fundings or payment documentation related to existing and new loan closings. Process payments to attorneys, municpalities, and third party reports with NY Accounting & LoanOps for payment and follow up as needed.
Image miscellaneous internal documents into ApplicationXtender such as offering sheets; LIQ sheets; borrower instructions and Credit Committee/Officer Approved Line Requests.
Receive all executed original loan documents from officers; prepare Document Checklist for officer signature; scan docs into Imaging System, prepare filing folder with label and maintain credit files. File legal documents in vault for safekeeping.
Ensure adherence to all auditing, compliance initiatives for the team as well as KYC/BSA/KYC and Human Resource requirements.
Qualifications
- 3-5 yrs experience with loan servicing or operations in banking and financial service industry.
- Good computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with LoanIQ,AS400, and ApplicationXtender (document manager) and Salesforce a plus.
