Schedule

• Weekly rotation: 8am-6pm
• • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 
  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

🐾 What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for clients, welcoming them in-person, over the phone, and via email, with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments, surgeries, dental procedures, and follow-ups, ensuring smooth workflow for veterinarians and staff
• Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and hospital services while maintaining accurate client and patient records
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and in-hospital care updates, ensuring seamless communication between clients and clinical staff
• Support billing, invoicing, and payment processing while answering client questions about services and fees
• Collaborate with veterinarians, RVTs, and assistants to ensure a positive, efficient, and organized clinic environment
