Scope:
Manage all aspects of company's financial records and reporting
Develop and implement financial processes and controls
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Collaborate with CEO and COO on financial strategy and planning
Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks
Generate and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Provide financial insights and metrics such as client acquisition costs, revenue per client, and monthly recurring revenue
Calculate and monitor key performance indicators like gross profit margin and operating cash flow
Assist with invoicing processes and follow-ups
Categorize and manage expenses, including business-related travel
Offer guidance on financial best practices and systems improvements
Prepare and manage payroll processes
Assist with tax-related documentation and filings for S corp structure
Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
Experience with S corp accounting and tax considerations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
