Customer Support Logistics Analyst

The COMET contract provides overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing, and launch operations at NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida. These tasks will support the International Space Station, Ground Systems Development and Operations, and the Space Launch System, Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle, and Launch Services programs.

• Fully demonstrates all position requirements of previously successive role
• Takes a leadership role in problem identification, problem resolution, product 
quality, and project/task work scheduling
• Builds on determining optimal solutions to part and material challenges
• Recognized SME within Logistics Customer Support and can act as Department Lead, 
if necessary
• Leads complex projects and efforts with support of other SMEs only as necessary
• Leads the development of Logistics Customer Support standards and guidelines
• Provides recommendations to the resolution of critical issues within Logistics 
Customer Support

• Successfully communicates and presents highly complex technical and non-technical 
information to management and customers

This position requires a Bachelor of Science from an accredited institution with at least 24 semester credit hours of quantitative analysis coursework and at least 10 years related experience.

Job Requirements
