Full-Time Position 

Schedule: Sunday/Monday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Slot Shift Manager ensures the efficiency of Casino Floor Operations.  The Slot Shift Manager will be the highest level manager on duty when Slot Manager or Casino General Manager is not present and must make efficient decisions. You will report to the Slot Manager/Casino General Manager.

Primary Tasks:

1.       You will create associates schedules and input in KRONOS

2.       Responsible for missed punch forms, annual/sick, floating holiday forms, and schedule change forms.

3.       JDE functions for slot attendants.

4.       You will verify all tip box amounts with tip booth.  Add associate time in/out with tip pool sign-in sheets

5.       Write ups (type, give associate, turn into HR, and file copy in associate file).  Also includes point system,                            outstanding commendation memos, coaching improvements and terminations.

6.       In-house progressives: log each Progressive on Log Sheet and turn into Cage Accounting, transfer progressive  amounts in vendor log books, find missing logged progressives, audit for errors, respond to audit findings, complete monthly spreadsheet for accruals.

7.       Game change tasks: turn machine out of service, communicate with drop to ensure deadline, create labels for machines, hang RFC on machines, test games, place games in service, verify game location, verify pars, build        machines in Black Bart, meet with Promotions every week to discuss new games.  Includes placement of balloons    and promos

8.       Validate Kiosk ticket errors and machine malfunctions.  Must obtain signature on all ticket exception forms over $250.

9.       Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
• Competency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Omniview, Super Playmate, Oasis Administrator, Black Bart, HeadCount, Guest Service Secret Shopper site, Trespass site and any other system used by the Slot Department.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Prior Supervisory experience

MINIMUM

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
