Maintenance Mechanic - Warehouse

Responsibile for the completion of all maintenance activities in the Warehouse labeling area.  Observe all Company work, safety and GMP policies. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Complete all assigned phases of mechanical work under the guidance of a senior mechanic. 
• Cut, form and assemble parts to construct machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot machines or equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Assist in the installation of machines and equipment.
• Oil and grease equipment as required.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Keep records up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. 

 

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to make quick decisions, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• This position requires between three (3) months to one (1) year of experience.

• Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires the employee to maintain a Company Certification to operator a Forklift.
