  • Develop Storyline‑based eLearnings, participant and facilitator materials, and other learning products that are clean, accessible, and designed for learner engagement
  • Work closely with facilitators to ensure learning experiences are delivered as designed and achieve intended outcomes
  • Share best practices, mentor junior designers, and help raise the bar across the L&D team
  • Support measurement strategies to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvement

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • You can juggle multiple priorities and adapt gracefully when those priorities shift
  • You actively seek and provide candid, constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of learning solutions

    • Experience with facilitation of skill development workshops
    • Current experience interacting with senior leaders in a large, fast-paced, highly complex enterprise.
    • Must be willing to deliver a 15–20-minute presentation to Sr. Leadership as part of the final interview process.
