Agincare Enable provide high-quality person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

We are currently seeking a highly-skilled Head of Business Development to lead our commercial provision in order to achieve our 3 year growth plan.

You will work with the commercial team to proactively engage with commissioners, investors and registered providers and in turn lead tender applications and submissions to obtain new service contracts or increase existing ones.

You will ensure the planning, development and delivery of new services and ensure that these are set up to a high standard to meet the short and medium term objectives of Agincare and our suppliers.

£60,000-65,000 per year

You must have:

• Previous experience of management at a senior level in the care sector preferred, or with demonstrable transferrable skills from alternate sectors
• Experience of developing, implementing and managing income generation strategies
• Experience of effective delivery of projects of change and mobilisation
