Working with customers, you will ensure that Agicap is </span><b>successfully integrated</b><span> with all</span><b> relevant data sources</b><span>. You will primarily work with all kind of companies.</span> <h3> 🎯 What you will do :</h3> <ul> <li>You manage the ERP (SAP, Sage, Datev etc.) integration process with our customers and ensure that Agicap is connected to all necessary data sources without errors</li><li>You coordinate all internal &amp; external stakeholders (IT partner contacts, customer success team, etc.), lead the conversation and always keep track of the progress of the project</li><li>You advise our customers during the integration process on the best possible technical setup with regard to data integration</li><li>You work closely with our onboarding team to ensure that technical setup and product training are optimally aligned</li><li>You act as an interface between the product team and our customers by transparently communicating customer feedback to the product team.
