Ettie Lee Youth & Family Services has served the complex needs of at-risk youth with emotional and behavioral problems and their families throughout Southern California for nearly 70 years.
Currently, Ettie Lee is seeking an Administrative Specialist for its Headquarters location in Baldwin Park.
The Position:
The Data Entry Specialist will work directly with the Human Resources and Accounting departments to support the Agency’s staff in an effort to make a difference in the lives of youth, families and the community we serve. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as first point of contact for the agency; assist in problem-solving to address inquires and concerns.
- Answer phones, direct calls and relay messages to appropriate people
- Coordinate the maintenance of employee automobile insurance, driver license, TB test expirations and time off requirements for all employees
- Conducts and facilitates employee reference checks
- Perform various filing, bookkeeping and data entry duties as needed
- Manage the organization's personnel and training materials
- Perform reconciliation of two primary operating accounts
- Generate semi-monthly and months reports and administer data to supervisors
The Data Entry Specialist is the first point of contact for all client related calls and basic employee IT questions. Must have the following qualifications:
- A High School diploma
- Minimum one year paid experience working in an office environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and practices.
- Must possess a valid California driver license and have a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier.

- Must be able to pass criminal/fingerprin
