Sheladia is seeking an energetic, experienced, and detail-oriented Licensed Architect experienced in project management and design. Architectural Designers at Sheladia are assigned to projects based on their interests, work experience and Sheladia’s staffing needs. Our work includes infrastructure, government, institutional, and planning projects.

Responsibilities:

• Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments design that could reduce costs associated with construction
• Provide on-site support to Construction Managers and independent third-party reviews
• Creating the most functional and cost-effective design for the projects at hand
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Architecture License
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in architecture
• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience
• Ability to draft reports and strong technical writing skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Ability to appropriately prioritize projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Additional Skills (but not Required):

• Proficiency in computer aided design

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $69,792.32 - $141,182.32 per year

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
