  • Assisting with scheduling, post-op visits, and payment procedures
  • Helping keep the operatory clean and well-stocked
  • Supporting general office needs as they arise

What We’re Looking For

You’re a resourceful, detail-oriented Dental Assistant who loves being part of a team that makes patients feel seen, cared for, and confident in their treatment. You bring a positive attitude to everything you do and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

Here’s what helps you stand out:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a dental assistant (specialty experience preferred)
  • Active state radiology license
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Comfortable with regulated non-surgical tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Dependable, well-organized, and detail-oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law)

Why Join Our Team

When you join Chesapeake Endodontics, you become part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional care. You’ll work alongside dental assistants, sterilization techs, specialists, office managers, and patient care coordinators—everyone aligned around great clinical results and a positive patient experience.
