Our Commercial Operations Analyst’s mission is to manage data to support initiatives within a commercial landscape to ensure process efficiency and data maintenance.

Your key responsibilities:

• Monitor and run reporting on key metrics for commercial and sales excellence community.
• Partner with the sales and planning team to support forecasting and pre-production planning.
• Support budget and forecast process plans for selected accounts (end to end).
• Liaise with commercial teams to drive initiative related to data accuracy.
• Serve as liaison with Operations to ensure smooth industrialization flow of new product launches and current portfolio.
• Support resolution of roadblocking such us credit block, price reconciliation, production delays, among others.
• Work with Senior Commercial Operations Manager and Sales Excellence on assigned projects.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analyst, Planning, Operations, or similar role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong organizational and timeline management skills
• Experience in the Perfumery, Ingredients, and Flavors Industry (recommended – not a must)
