Hajoca Gainesville is one of those trade names and is looking for a Hospitality Inside Salesperson at their Gainesville, GA location.

A Hajoca Hospitality Inside Salesperson is expected to:
• Represent the Profit Center professionally and ethically, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Be curious and friendly to build long-term customer relationships.
• Take initiative and be persuasive using excellent verbal and written communication to enhance and promote sales.
• Possess and increase product and product application knowledge.
• Work effectively as a team member
JOB SUMMARY
Inside Sales personnel interact with our customers via telephone and email to ensure that we meet their expectations every time they interact with our organization. Doing what is needed to help meet or exceed established sales and gross profit goals, and to increase profit sharing.
JOB DUTIES
• Process Sales Orders and Bids generated through email, phone, or the Outside Salesperson
• Meet or exceed the sales targets established by your manager.
• Provide Customers with reliable information regarding product specification and availability.
• Find innovative ways to grow sales, add value and become the customers’ trusted advisor and a true partner.
• Generate sales leads and build strong relationships that develop into new customers.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and new product needs.
• Investigate and resolve problems and material returns, follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on all project quotes generated-report status and update in the CRM.
• Communicate extended lead times and any potential product delays to the Customer promptly and work to provide solutions to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Communicate to the Profit Center Manager and the assigned Account Manager any changes in a customer's business that could potentially causes loss of business or a credit risk.
• Generate Project quotes by attaining project pricing supplied by the manufacturer and vendor-ensuring that the expiration dates are updated according to the project schedule.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Wholesale plumbing, appliance, flooring, lighting, and bath hardware knowledge and experience a plus.
• Must have at least one year of experience in customer service or inside sales, prior experience influencing purchasing decisions a plus.

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong Customer focus.
