Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Green Hill Family Health CenterPosition: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
West Shore office are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Assistant Manager with Family Medicine experience to join our team!
Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8 hours some overtime; No Nights or WeekendsShift Length: 8 hours with some overtime Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Medical specialties: Primary Care

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
• Administer Care to Acute and Chronic patients
• Room Patients, take vitals, update medication list, allergies
• Preform phlebotomy, injections, vaccinations
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Assist Practice manager

Qualifications:

• Pro-life Practice
• Possess Integrity, Moral Wholeness, Fidelity, and Trustworthiness
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Medent EMR experience preferred but not required

• Associate (Required)
• EMR Systems: 3 years (Required)
• Nursing in Family Practice: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LPN (Required)
