Global Training & Development Intern

Update current professional education materials in support of growth initiatives including Pessary education and recently acquired companies.
- Work closely with the Sales Training, Marketing & Marketing Communications Teams to develop new and/or modify existing training materials designed to support educational training.
Learning Outcome: Create/modify e-learning modules using advanced software. Time management skills will be honed in an effort to create, obtain approval & launch within a specified time period.
Assist in the alignment & integration of recently acquired companies under the One Cooper Approach.
- Work closely with Supervisor of Professional Education Team to contract & credential select HCPs to align with CooperSurgical policies & procedures.
Learning Outcome: Intern will become familiar with Fair Market Value in respect to Healthcare providers and how it is regulated in a Corporate environment.
Assist with the coordination of Simulation Training Programs in the US & Abroad
- Work closely with the Professional Education Coordinator and Vice President of Professional Education to oversee the process for shipping trainers and assemble 20 new training kits to support growth.
Learning Outcome: Become familiar with international shipping directives and the critical importance of ensuring a successful execution of all programs.
- Current junior, senior or graduate student enrolled in a college or university program
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently.
- Logical thinking and able to quickly learn processes and procedures.
- Project management, organizational and follow-through skill set.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor.
