Are you an experienced professional in cosmetics and nutrition product development? We’re Concepta, a fast- growing U.S. based company specializing in production and sales of innovative cosmetics and nutritional supplements on the Amazon USA market. As we expand our product portfolio, we’re looking for seasoned consultants to help us build a strong R&D team from scratch.

What You’ll Help Us With:

• Team & Process Design: Optimizing the balance between formulation, QA, and regulatory functions
• Contract Manufacturer Management: Auditing, documentation best practices, and avoiding common pitfalls
• Scaling Operations: Timing and strategy for moving from CMO partnerships to in-house production
• Talent & Tools: First-year hiring priorities, salary benchmarks, and selecting PLM/documentation systems
• Reality Check: Uncovering hidden costs, delays, and sharing lessons learned from launching multiple SKUs

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience launching multiple beauty or nutrition SKUs in the U.S. market
• A strong background working with large corporate teams in the beauty and nutrition industries — this is a must-have
• Track record managing QA/Regulatory Affairs and formulation teams
• Expertise supporting brands as they scale from CMO partnerships to in-house production
