Other impacts of SCS include:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Deliver consistency and quality for business teams, clients, and supplier partners</li> <li>Enable governance over all our external spend and support business teams to reduce risk</li> <li>Broker better deals by leveraging scale, expertise, and industry insights</li> <li>Deliver contract, performance, commercial and relationship governance services to drive quantitative value and brand value for EY</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your key responsibilities</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Support Suppliers in excelling ecosystem benchmarks, thought leadership and continuous improvements</li> <li>Manage Supplier performance and contract adherence working closely with project delivery teams. Supplier service is predominantly agile based project delivery </li> <li>Manage Supplier demand fulfilment performance</li> <li>Manage Supplier on alignment to EY’s commercial objective </li> <li>Support procurement and contract discussions, including defining underpinning contract requirements, performance criteria, milestone plans, commitments, and deliverables</li> <li>Be able to advise on contracting (commercial models, SLAs, KPIs, location strategy), as required </li> <li>Manage Contract Obligation tracking and reporting, leveraging on the state-of-the-art contract management tool and TTAB enablement/PMO team</li> <li>Manage Finance related obligations and levers including discounts, service credits, earn backs, etc</li> <li>Responsible for overall relationship of assigned Suppliers across EY Technology including management and reporting on Supplier performance </li> <li>Consolidates, monitors, and measures overall performance of the Suppliers across the entire Supplier relationship through definition and execution of process for evaluating the Supplier(s) against planned measures</li> <li>Chairs monthly and quarterly governance meetings with Suppliers, Business/EY program directors, EY sponsors, procurement team and other key stakeholders to proactively understand and track Supplier performance at each engagement level</li> <li>Run Customer Satisfaction surveys, process results and drive methodological performance reporting and improvements</li> <li>Manages escalations and issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Instigate and ensure the execution of improvement and Get to Green plans </li> <li>Support in the maturity of the strategic Supplier Management vision, charter, objectives, program, and value metrics</li> <li>Publish monthly relationship scorecard based on feedback from a wide customer base across multiple key projects and engagements across various technology towers and service lines within EY</li> <li>Determine SMART key performance indicators representative of the overall status of the supplier relationship</li> <li>Accountable for integration of the Supplier(s) into EY processes and support dependencies between other organizations/Suppliers</li> <li>Collaborate with wider operational support functions across Technology, Finance, SCS and TTAB enablement function </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Skills and attributes for success</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Problem solving skills</li> <li>Strong relationship/ stakeholder mangementskills </li> <li>Strong commercial acumen  </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li> <li>Strong reliability and accountability </li> <li>Strong
