This role is part of the End to End Transformation Team and reports to the Director, Business Strategy. This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and can anticipate travel ~15% of the time. This Senior Manager will be an individual contributor with significant cross functional management and accompanying opportunity for growth, development, and leadership.
The End to End Transformation Team identifies and solves some of the most challenging and impactful problems that face Walmart today for Customers and Associates! We work hand in hand with Product, Tech, Design and other Business partners to launch tools and experiences to bring the solutions to life and scale them to all Walmart stores.
What you will do…
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
Manage the resolution of business issues by reviewing data; determining needed solutions that fit local needs; following up with stakeholders to obtain information on unresolved issues; and collaborating with cross-functional teams regarding support for solutions
Drive change initiatives and project plans to implement processes
Manage the development and implementation of process improvements to improve business results
Provide recommendations to senior management
Direct the development, prioritization, and execution of key business strategies and communication by leading cross-functional initiatives that impact store and corporate processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you….
You have 5+ years of experience in Program, Product or Operations management launching large scale projects.
You have 5+ years of experience managing cross functional teams and influencing to deliver results.
You have 5+ years of experience launching and scaling technical solutions for large workforces.
