We seek Investment Managers to Nordea Life & Pensions in Denmark. As an Investment Manager you will be part of the local Investment team in NLP DK, responsible for managing the company’s assets. You will also be part of a highly skilled Nordic Investment team consisting of you and around 25 colleagues in Bergen, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen. The team works closely together, and you will be an important part of the common success.

 

Nordea Life & Pension Denmark was established during 2022 following the acquisition of Topdanmark’ s Life business. The business undergo gradual integration into the Nordic NLP structure and Nordea Group.

 

The Investment organization also has a deep collaboration with the Nordea Life & Pension´s Trading and Analytics organization, as well with other units within Nordea Asset & Wealth Management and Nordea Bank.

 

Nordea Life & Pensions Group manages approximately [75] billion EUR in insurance-based investment products in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Around EUR [13] bn of these assets are associated to NLP DK.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

As an investment manager in Investments Denmark, you will contribute to the management of c DKK 95 bn in invested assets in NLP DK.

 

Your responsibilities will include, while not be limited to:

• You and the local Investment team are responsible for selecting and following up investments, and ensure that returns are delivered with consistent high quality, and in a responsible way
• Engage relevant stakeholders in the relevant parts of the investment process, including – but not limited to - the Nordic Investment team and Nordea Asset & Wealth Management
• Lead and drive various ad-hoc investment related projects, such as developing current offerings and develop new products and offerings for our clients
• Contribute to various general activities of NLP DK, such as strategic development of offerings and products
• Engage with various internal Nordea sales channels such as Private Banking, Business Banking and Personal banking, and external channels and customers
• Together with NLP’s Nordic team; track, evaluate and continuously improve the sustainability level of the investment portfolio and offerings in NLP DK

 

The role is based in Copenhagen, Nordea Metro office, and will report to the Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”) of Nordea Life & Pension Denmark.
