About the Role
In this opportunity as Associate Client Executive, you will:
- Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goals
- Identify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs, provide the right solutions to address those needs, and improve operations
- Drive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal window
- Upsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major products
- Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies
- Use technology—Salesforce, Outreach, and Connect & Sell—to maximize effectiveness
- Attend ongoing trainings weekly to keep up to date on products and sales skills
About You
You are a fit for the role of Associate Client Executive if your background includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Minimum 3 years direct client contact in either inside or outside sales
- Highly organized with time management, strategic thinking, problem solving, troubleshooting, risk management, escalation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts and to facilitate consensus within those groups.
- Skills in key areas of responsibility (i.e., business process/business operations management, customer service, etc.).
- Working knowledge of consultative sales process, methods, and techniques
- Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
