Microsoft’s Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP’s vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud Capacity Differentiated at Scale. The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. The Business Program Manager will help us deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure comprises a large global portfolio of over 200 datacenters supporting services for over 1 billion customers in over 90 countries.

Responsibilities
As a Business Program Manager, you will join our Executive Office team in managing budget and headcount for CSCP. This foundational work is the lifeblood of our growing organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Track and report out financial progress to date against budget
- Use keen attention to detail to identify and correct errors
- Facilitate Quality Control (QC) and pre-approval processes - Support annual budget planning and execution
- Collaborate to produce documentation of internal and external procedures
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (business, finance, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to improve processes to achieve operational excellence
- Perform other transactional needs related to budget and headcount management as needed to meet the changing business environment

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective organizational skills
- Proficient in analyzing data with attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft products such as Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience working with Power BI a plus
Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,800 - $144,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,100 - $157,900 per year.
