Communications | Marketing Internship: Video editing for change management

<h2>Introduction</h2><p><span>The focus of the semiconductor industry (and other industries simultaneously) is more and more on a green environment and circular economy. ASML is committed to play a strong role in this and that's why we have the Re-Use Engineering department. </span><br/><br/>For the improvement engineering group within the Re-Use Engineering department, responsible to deliver the maximum re-use value of material out of return flow - especially in field return flow - it is difficult to manage return performance as there are multiple handovers and departments involved until end result (re-use or not) is known. Hence, we are looking for a student who is able to work on end-to-end return process improvement by creating video work instructions and messaging, as an effective method for change and improvement.<br/> </p><h2>Your assignment</h2><p>During this internship, you:</p><ul><li><p>Help create training materials and communications about changes by using video processing and web page creation;</p></li><li><p>Provide support to Project Leaders in tracking and reporting on the change progress;</p></li><li><p>Provide general administrative support to Project Leaders on process improvement projects including data management.<br/> </p></li></ul><h2><b>Your profile</b></h2><p>To be the perfect match for this internship, you:</p><ul><li><p>Are a bachelor/HBO or master student in Marketing, Communications or something related;</p></li><li><p>Have proven experience with filming or video editing (with software such as Premier). Please include your portfolio in your application;</p></li><li><p>Have a great affinity with Change Management and/or Project Management;</p></li><li><p>Preferably have experience with webpage creation (i.e., SharePoint);</p></li><li><p>Excel in the English language.<br/> </p></li></ul><p>This assignment is suitable for an apprentice internship only <span>(non-thesis/graduation).</span> The start date of this assignment is as of January 2025, with a duration of minimum 6 months, 3 days per week - wherefrom minimum 1 day on-site.<br/> </p><p><b>Other requirements you need to meet:</b></p><ul><li><p>You are enrolled at an educational institute <u><span>for the entire duration of the internship</span></u>;</p></li><li><p>You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.</p></li><li><p>If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).<span> </span><br/> </p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the <span>United States</span> Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
