Lecturer/Senior & Programmes Facilitator - Singapore Institute of Retail Studies

[What the role is]

We are looking for individuals who are experienced industry practitioners or adult learning trainers, particularly in business, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media marketing, data analytics or emerging tech disciplines. These individuals will assume the role and responsibilities that span across curriculum development, class management, training, as well as development of industry networks and collaborations that drive strategic retail initiatives.

[What you will be working on]

• Undertake strategic project and partnership development & management
• Design and develop quality curriculum and course materials
• Facilitate and administer to the requirements of the course development process
• Train and manage classes, support class administration, and ensure that all coursework and assessments meet the intended learning outcomes according to the course specifications

 

[What we are looking for]

• Relevant qualification in the related fields
• Relevant training experience and qualifications (ACTA, ACLP etc.)
• Proven proficiency and experience in the area applied for
• Strong project management and creative-solutioning skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation skills
