The team is a part of the Cyber Strategy &amp; Commercialization area under the Group CISO.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Render the success &amp; achieve endorsement of Vestas' cyber strategic priorities at a senior business stakeholders level.</li> <li>Deploy the cyber strategic priorities into business actions by motivating business value using Vestas' Operating Model.</li> <li>Optimize business value by a consistent measurement of performance.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications </p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of strategy deployment experience from international organizations.</li> <li>Proven skills in Performance Management at a strategic program level is necessary to achieve success in this role.</li> <li>Good skills in Stakeholder Management and Communication are necessary to achieve success in this role.</li> <li>An empathic personality and a result-oriented approach are necessary to achieve success in this role.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>A positive ability to generate followers (into the cyber strategic priorities).</li> <li>A good ability to catalyst complex matters in an easy-to understand way at various org levels.</li> <li>A good ability to be structured and to take on accountability.</li> <li>An ability to leverage best practices and lessons learned from external organization and/or academic institutions dealing with cyber strategic priorities.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we offer </p> <p>With a vision to become the global leader in sustainable energy solutions, everything we do revolves around the development and deployment of sustainable energy solutions.  Every day, our 29.000 employees help to create a better world by designing, manufacturing, installing, developing, and servicing wind energy and hybrid projects all over the world.
