Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a SAP PP Senior Consultant to integrate our client team.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP PP modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to production planning.
• Design and document functional specifications.
• Configure master data related to production planning (material master, BOMs, routings, work centers).
• Perform system testing and integration testing.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP issues.
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and new technologies

Mandatory Requirements:

• +5 years of experience.
• Languages: Portuguese and English.

SAP PP:

• Demand Management (forecasting, sales and operations planning).
• Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Capacity Planning.
• Production Orders and Process Orders.
• Shop Floor Control.
• Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Variant Configuration (preferred).
• Integration with other modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, QM).
• Experience with planning strategies (MTS, MTO).
• Experience with production versions.
• Experience with long term planning.

Master Data:

• Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Routings and Work Centers.
• Material Master (PP views).

Integration:

• Strong understanding of integration between PP and other modules (MM, SD, QM, FI/CO).

Customization:

• Experience with SAP configuration and customization.

Tools & Technologies:

• SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
• Experience with data migration tools.
