Job Description

  • Support quality assurance staff
  • Handle client requests for information
  • Process approved supplier/subcontractor requests
  • Manage documentation in support of routine investigations and corrective action follow‑up

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

  • Strong scientific, computer, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • At least two years administrative experience with good computer skills

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess, or able to learn, a basic understanding of GMP regulations and expectations.
  • Comfortable with computer use on a routine basis.
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and in-house databases.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scanning/copying, filing, email, and other office work.
  • Self-motivated, excellent quality of work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously, under deadlines, and in stressful conditions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and internal clients.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and to move easily from task to task.
  • Communication, organization, good judgement, and versatility in dealing with people.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
