A Business Systems Analyst will have moderate understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes and best practices, management systems, and general learning techniques. Demonstrate a willingness to learn more, adaptability to urgencies during the day, accountability, incorporate input from others, and support business users daily. This role focuses on extracting insights from complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting findings in clear, concise formats to support decision-making. Troubleshoot concerns highlighted by the business units supported and analyze/complete service requests to drive profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for external personnel.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation processes.
Present findings in clear, accessible formats (e.g., charts, graphs, written summaries).
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support ad-hoc analysis requests to address specific business questions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Business Administration or Information Management) and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience
2-4 years of Retail experience preferred
Enterprise Data Management experience is preferred
SAP or similar ERP system experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
