Cadillac of South San Francisco is growing, and we’re looking for a Finance Manager who is passionate about people, performance, and premium vehicles. If you have a proven track record in automotive finance and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment - we want to meet you!

 

💼 Responsibilities:

• Present and offer financing and protection products to customers in a clear, professional, and ethical manner

• Work closely with the sales team to structure profitable, customer-focused deals

• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant

• Finalize contracts and follow through to funding

• Provide an exceptional guest experience aligned with our luxury standards
   

✅ Qualifications:

• 2+ years of automotive finance experience (or lender equivalent) required

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (bilingual is a plus)

• Energetic, personable, and motivated to exceed goals

• Solid understanding of automotive finance products and terminology

• Computer and typing proficiency
