Senior Unity Developer

CACI is seeking a Senior Unity Developer to support a Navy program in Norfolk, VA. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and creating innovative Unity Software Simulations for the training developed under the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning program for the Fire Controlman Aegis (FCA) courses. You will also be responsible for researching, designing, and developing complex PC Simulation and will work closely with subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.
Selected candidates for hire must be willing to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia.

Review Government Furnished Information.
Review all training requirements from the Instructional Designers.
Lead design meetings with SMEs and 3D Animators.
Create Unity PC Simulations for complex systems.
Work in a fast, dynamic environment.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
BS degree and a minimum of 5 years related work experience.
Expertise with Unity Pro.
Experience with Autodesk 3D Max, 3D asset pipeline.
Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
Knowledge of C#, Object Oriented programming.
Experience with Visual Studio.
Experience with API development.
Experience with memory allocation and space optimization (Unity Profiler).
Experience with Universal Render Pipeline (URP).
Knowledge of 3D assets pipeline.
Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Active Secret-level security clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)
