Our Corporate, Investment Banking & Markets (CIB&M) Full-Time Analyst Program is more than just a fascinating insight into MUFG: it is an opportunity to build the foundation for a long, rewarding career!

The full-time program begins in June and provides recent graduates with hands-on experience and business exposure in the world of global finance. We will place you with a specific group, which enables you to concentrate and quickly develop valuable skills and knowledge that are essential to becoming an integral part of the team.

You will work alongside MUFG professionals at all levels who will serve as your instructors and mentors. Our full-time analysts will support deals and client-focused projects by conducting financial analysis, modeling and research, and assisting with pitch books and presentations. Our program is designed to help you grasp what it’s like to work within a global financial organization and decide where you want to take your career.

As a full-time analyst, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of global banking/finance and an insider’s perspective that you'll only acquire from serving multinational clients with complex financial needs.

About TMT – Relationship Management

The role is an integral part of the Global Relationship Management (GRM) team working within the Global TMT Corporate and Investment Banking group focused on the Media & Communications subsector. An Analyst has the responsibility to support the rest of the Media & Communications team on major customer relationships and prospects within the sector to perform the functions of business origination support for Global Relationship Managers (GRM’s), and deal execution. As part of a defined business strategy, this role regularly originates both investment banking products and traditional credit products based on client requirements.

Qualifications

We look for talented, motivated and ambitious people who will be able to help drive our business forward.

  • GPA of 3.3 or above is preferred, along with recommended course work in finance, accounting or economics

  • Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in 2026

  • Strong interest in Tech, Media & Telecom sector

  • Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Strong verbal, writing, mathematical and statistical skills

  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and individual initiative, self-discipline and integrity, who exhibits strong leadership qualities and the ability to develop creative solutions

  • Work well independently as well as in teams, and collaborate with groups across the organization

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
