Your Role 

We are looking for a Senior P2P Analyst to take ownership of Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense processes within our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely execution of AP activities, resolve operational issues, and drive process improvements. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance, efficiency, and strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners..

This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Responsibilities 

  • Execute AP and Travel & Expense processes promptly, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with KPIs and company policies. 

  • Receive, verify, and process invoices accurately within agreed terms and service levels. 

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing, verification, and reconciliation of all employee travel and expense reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines 

  • Collaborate with business partners and vendors to build and maintain professional relationships. 

  • Prepare analytical reports and accounting schedules to support decision-making. 

  • Identify recurring issues or risks and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Address vendor and internal queries related to invoices and escalate when necessary.

Your Profile

 

  • Minimum 4 years of proven professional experience is required; prior exposure to shared services or comparable environments is an advantage. 

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.  

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
