Lead Backend Engineer

• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with any Backend Programming Language

• Experience building and maintaining complex and data-intensive applications

• Experience working as an early engineer at a startup (less than 10 employees)

• Experience with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery concepts

• Ability to monitor live system metrics, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot production issues

• At least 1 year of experience leading the team

• Good to have - experience with Blockchain & Web3
