About the role
Cloudflare is looking for an experienced professional to drive annual planning workstreams. As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will partner closely with Finance, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations Business Partners to design models underpinning Revenue Org capacity and budget planning. In addition, you will analyze, interpret, and communicate insights for the core drivers of past performance and expected impact on future performance. You will ensure that operating decisions are based on accurate data and will apply your expertise to inform overall strategy. This is a high visibility role with direct impact on GTM execution.
You are right for this role if you are highly analytical, approach problems in a structured manner, comfortable communicating complex concepts in a clear fashion to executives, and are comfortable with fast pace, ambiguity, and changing priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive headcount and quota capacity planning for Revenue organization
- Partner with Finance to ensure congruence of tops down ACV targets and bottoms up sales capacity and productivity expectations
- Guide and advise on alignment of sales supporting resources to direct sales capacity
- Collaborate with Sales Operations Business Partners to identify opportunities to better align Revenue Org resources and incentives to company priorities
- Partner with Finance on long-range and annual planning processes to drive long-term growth and scalability through new business opportunities, strategic investments and workforce optimization
- Partner with Compensation Design and Compensation Administration on quota allocation process and performance reporting
- Recommend and develop policies and procedures for improvement of the annual and quarterly planning processes
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of operations, finance, and/or management consulting experience.
- Exceptional at breaking down complex business problems into digestible components and providing data driven insights and solutions
- Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency
- Proven experience building complex Excel/Google Sheets models. Expert level knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborator. Experience in driving complex, cross-functional projects
- Demonstrative executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with Salesforce, Tableau/Looker. SQL is a plus.
Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
- For Colorado-based hires and Washington hires: Estimated annual salary of $149,000 - $183,000.
- For New York City-based and California (excluding Bay Area): Estimated annual salary of $178,000 - $228,000
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $187,000 - $229,000
