Requirements
Role & Responsibilities
- Interact with customers using strong communication skills
- Analyzing past, present, and future quality data and ability to find patterns
- Work with internal departments and external customers to prioritize repairs
- Review and resolve open purchase order differences and problems
- Ensure accuracy of work orders and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Use and update internal ERP system and online customer systems
- Work with the purchasing department on expedited orders of raw material and outside service operations when dealing with scrap and replacement orders
- Use excel to create and analyze graphs and tables for management
- Work with the Purchasing and Sales departments to recover credits from material issues
Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position operates within an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, copiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must lift up to fifty (50) lbs. occasionally.
Skills/Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attentive to detail; organized.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related accounting, HR and sales software.
