Mental Health Counselor Masters - PAMC Breakthrough

Provides counseling, education and case management to patients assigned in structured programs of Breakthrough Outpatient as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Variable Shift, 40 Hours Per Week (Work Schedule is Monday – Friday, Shift varies between 0900-2100, typical schedule is one evening per week on average)

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or health related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months Experience in Chemical Dependency or Behavior Health treatment.
• Some experience with family therapy.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
