As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Due to increasing demand for our consultancy services, we are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in database development, management, process and data mapping, and data analysis to join our specialized Turner &amp; Townsend Digital Consulting team. This role will involve supporting a wide range of projects, from small-scale to large-scale, and requires a candidate with a proven track record in delivering data and analytics solutions.</p><p>You will join a team based in our Dublin office with responsibility for managing and growing our portfolio of clients across Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. This is an exciting time to join a recently formed and rapidly growing team. You will have a diverse and interesting responsibilities including client facing consultancy, business generation and people development. You will instinctively recognize opportunity to drive productivity and improve our clients' outcomes.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>Leading a project team consisting of analysts &amp; consultants on a range of tasks, including:</p><ul><li>Develop project execution plans and lead end-to-end project delivery with Commission Directors</li><li>Lead client engagements to capture data, analysis and modelling requirements</li><li>Identify and run different business and model scenarios</li><li>Develop end-to-end data processes and data models</li><li>Design data solutions in collaboration with clients and their IT teams</li><li>Build dashboards and visualisations using a variety of tools</li><li>Supporting client’s use of model outputs for decision making</li><li>Test solutions and models against requirements</li><li>Conduct assurance checks of implemented solutions</li><li>Prepare written project communication materials, including formal project progress and other reports</li><li>Prepare presentation and other materials for client pitches and business generation purposes</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>This role will require good analytic and numeracy skills with the ability to understand and present data in different representations.  Ability to programme in languages such as DAX, Python, VBA and SQL are essential.</p></li><li>Degree in an analytic subject, e.g. Maths, Geography, Engineering, Economics etc- desirable.</li><li>Consulting and business analysis skills (e.g. MoSCoW method) to understand clients’ requirements</li><li>Experience in Agile delivery methodology</li><li>Experience in data warehousing and data modelling</li><li>Proficiency in data visualisation software such as Power BI and Tableau</li><li>Experience in Azure platform (e.g. Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Blob Storage)</li><li>Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting architecture</li><li>Strong understanding of dimensions, measures, metadata &amp; schemas</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Our colleagues share our vision and mission.
