As a Wireless Communications Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support and promoting wireless products and services to meet customers' needs. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented, energetic individual looking for a career in a fast-paced environment.

Wireless Communications Representative Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers to address questions and provide education on wireless products, promotions and services
• Build and maintain relationships with current and new customers by providing exponential customer support
• Collaborate with sales and Wireless Communications team to share insights and strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance
• Stay up to date on product pricing, sales, and promotions to effectively assist customers and meet their needs
• Identify customer's problems or concerns and effectively offer a solution in a professional manner

Wireless Communications Representative Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing field
• Highly organized and goal-oriented
• Must consistently meet or exceed all sales goals
• Available to work nights and weekends as needed
