The Project Management provides coordination, planning, business analysis, resourcing collaboration, and overall project leadership for a broad range of IT and campus-related programs, projects, and initiatives. This role supports successful project delivery by working closely with faculty, staff, stakeholders and vendors to define the scope, establish and manage timelines, monitor budgets, track progress and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Job Duties:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Project Management: Lead and manage small to moderately complex projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Project Planning: Support project planning activities including requirement gathering, scope definition, scheduling, testing coordination and operation transition.
Communications: Coordinate project communication through established communications plans; ensuring that stakeholders, team members and leadership remain informed and engaged throughout the project cycle.
Resource Planning and Allocation: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify project resource needs and role assignments based on timelines and budgets.
Knowledge Management and Professional Development: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, risk and issue logs, and project artifacts. Commit to continuous improvement of technical competencies in project management and business analysis.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Professional Work Experience: Two or more years of practical experience managing projects
Knowledge Areas and Skills: Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred, but not required:
Education: Master's degree in related field
Professional Certification or License: PMP or other relevant certifications
Knowledge Areas and Skills: Experience in project requirements processes and/or functional analysis; Higher Education Experience; Ability to lead meeting, build consensus, and influence without formal oversight; Manage cross-functional projects involving both IT and other stakeholders; Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across a diverse organization

66,000.00-82,400.00The offer rate will be based on a review of the candidate's credentials compared to the qualifications of the position, internal equity, and our overall compensation philosophy.
This role is not budgeted for visa sponsorship at this time, all candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of submission of the application.
