About the Team:

The Global Procurement MRO & Construction Materials team is focused on providing value and driving total cost of ownership across many different business units. We support enterprise-wide spare parts programs and the construction materials for new stores and remodels by executing the strategic sourcing strategy, owning supplier relationship management, and developing new ideas to support our EDLC mission.

About the Position:

As a Senior Analyst, Global Procurement – MRO & Construction Materials (MRO Sourcing), you will be responsible for delivering on value goals and building strong relationships with Realty, Supply Chain, and Sam’s Club stakeholders. You will impact the RFx and analysis process and lead the day-to-day tasks that support our Sourcing Managers.

Responsibilities include:

• RFx data prep in coordination with Sourcing Managers.
• SAP and other systems management.
• Create reporting for KPIs, spend, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Assist in supplier QBR prep and report on supplier metrics at established cadence.

• Displaying an analytical mindset with the ability to review RFx information quickly and help form a point of view for Sourcing Managers and stakeholders.
• Ensuring article/part numbers are accurate and up to date.

• You are advanced in Excel.
• You have basic knowledge of SAP and the ability to become an expert in a short time.
• You understand the MRO market and the different areas where spare parts are used.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, openly sharing ideas, successes, and failures with the ability to adapt and adjust accordingly.
