Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for providing support for maintaining and improving the risk environment.

  • Develops system documentation for the RCSA (Risk & Controls Self-Assessment) module. Supports the change management program and partners with the RCSA Quality program to improve record completeness and accuracy.

  • Performs user system testing, policy and procedure quality control, and developing efficiencies for oversight controls.

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You’ll Do It

  • Supports the business with policy and procedure standardization, quality, and completeness.

  • Leads business system requirements definition efforts.

  • Oversees user system testing and issue resolutions.

  • Maintains a library of test cases. Improves the efficiency of user and regression testing.

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Communications, English Studies, or related field.

  • 2 + years of experience in Customer Services, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical Writing, or related experience.

  • In Lieu of Education, 4+ years of experience in Customer Services, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical Writing, or related experience.

  • 1+ year of experience in Third-Party Risk Management.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
