Description:

• You will work as Machine Learning Engineer and lend your skill set to solving tough business problems
• Interface with client companies to understand their business pain points and identify where data science and analytics can be the solution
• Develop high-level solution architectures and work with our offshore team to build, test, and assess models to predict and optimize business outcomes
• Work closely with the offshore delivery manager to ensure a seamless delivery and communication cadence
• Communicate complex concepts and insights in a clear and interpretable manner
• Maintain an entrepreneurial spirit as you learn new ways to solve problems

Must have skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Good understanding and experience in developing applications using large language models (LLMs) on Google Cloud, with a preference for Langchain.
• Hands-on technical experience implementing, and developing cloud ML solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as Vertex AI and other open-source platforms suitable for Google Cloud Platform environments
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GAI) models.
• Hands-on experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) architecture and experience using vector indexing tools on Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong familiarity with higher-level trends in LLMs and open-source platforms, particularly in the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem..
• Response Quality: Collaborate with ML and Integration engineers to leverage LLM & pre-trained potential, delivering contextually appropriate responses in a user-friendly web app. Thorough understanding of NLP techniques for text representation and modeling on Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Developers, QA, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions.
