I started the company in 2007, and we have since grown to cover almost half the United States. Our vision is to become America’s largest and most trusted garage door company.

I am excited to enter the Atlanta market to serve more clients near you. Our operations will begin in January of 2025, and we are currently looking for high performers to join us! We are aiming to start training in December/January to be ready to help home owners early next year. 

As a Maintenance technician, you will be responsible for handling our Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups. Our team will train you on everything you need to know to thrive in your very own market. No previous experience with garage doors required, we got you!

• You should DEFINITELY apply if you have experience with repairs and maintenance in the home service industry, manufacturing, automotive,  etc.

You Shouldn’t Apply If:

• You prefer working where there are no customers to talk to
• You think that manual labor is for other people
• You are not weather resistant (hot/cold depending on geography) 
• You are not likely to follow what you were taught in class and apply it with gusto

The Job: 

• Handling our Annual Maintenance Club Tune Ups
• Complete garage door Inspections, following a check list
• Handling call back visits when we don’t get it right the first time
• Focus on turning negative experiences into positive experience
• Educate customer on their door and findings from the inspection
• Receiving POs for the warehouse and updating inventory with the exact counts
• Assisting the Area Manager or Market Lead with load outs for techs and installers
• Maintaining physical counts in warehouse and updating Inventory

Pay, benefits, other cool stuff:

• $25/hr + performance based bonus. Paid weekly. 
• Training weeks are compensated at $1,000/wk
• $1K bonus at end of apprenticeship, + $1K bonus when you graduate from the Academy

Requirements

• Be nice! I know, we shouldn’t have to say that, but we mean it
• Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods
• Physically able to lift 50lbs
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (not including THC) and criminal background check
• Knowledge of basic software such as navigation apps, Google etc as well as tablet and computer use
• Basic knowledge of hand tools 
• GED or HS diploma not required, however reading skills as well as basic math skills (measurements, payments) are required.
