The Manager, Photography plays a crucial role in ensuring our photo studio, located within our Phoenix Authentication Center, is operating efficiently. This manager will be responsible for the daily operations of a team of Photography Production Assistants and Fashion Product Handlers working in a high-volume, fast-paced photo studio. The most qualified candidates will have a strong leadership background with a focus on managing KPIs in a fast-paced, production driven environment.

• Close collaboration with a large team of inbound and outbound leaders to achieve goals
• Develop and execute continuous improvement projects to scale and improve photography
• Accountable for creating a positive employee experience
• Hold individuals accountable for production and quality metrics
• Enforcing studio policies
• Tracking individual and studio productivity month to month
• Use data to make decisions with a strong understanding of unit economics and reporting tools

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of process operations, 3+ years of experience managing a large team of diverse employees, preferably a non-exempt workforce
• Interest in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment setting 
• Strong leadership abilities in managing and developing a high performing team
• Strong communication skills with a focus on being clear, concise, and direct
• Excellent business judgment, strong fact-based decision-making, problem-solving ability, and a practical sense of drawing the right conclusion
• Willingness to continuously improve, develop, understand industry best practices and desire to stay ahead of the curve organization

Preferred Requirements 

• Photography experience preferably within an e-commerce company a plus but not a requirement
• Experience with scheduling

The expected hourly rate for this role is $73,440.00 - $99,807.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
