Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you will be an integral part of our diverse team, contributing to our inclusive culture and playing a significant role in shaping the future of dental education through data-driven insights and strategies.

Your mission is to leverage data analytics and statistical modeling to drive business growth, optimize decision-making, and enhance the customer journey. By analyzing large data sets, uncovering valuable insights, and applying advanced data-driven techniques, you will play a crucial role in increasing sales and revenue, reducing churn, and providing strategic support across various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Mine and analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in the customer journey, with a strong focus on increasing sales and revenue, decreasing churn, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Utilize data analysis and predictive modeling techniques to optimize customer experiences, identify potential churn risks, and implement targeted retention strategies.
• Collaborate with product development teams and stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for improving product offerings, driving customer adoption, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with leadership teams to develop data-driven strategies that align with company objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop data-driven strategies for lead generation, conversion optimization, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Apply machine learning techniques to optimize ad targeting, pricing strategies, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities, ultimately driving increased sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with customer success and Spear Practice Solutions (SPS) teams to develop data-driven approaches for enhancing customer satisfaction, engagement, and reducing churn.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques, and apply them effectively to improve data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong programming skills with proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with experimental design and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and their application in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction is a plus.
