Working Student (m/f/d) – M&A / Strategic Planning

Your Tasks/Responsibilities

• Assistance in mergers and acquisition transactions, especially in financial modelling/valuations and due diligence of potential targets and joint ventures
• Performing financial and strategic business analysis, valuations and industry research
• Assistance in the preparation of presentations for the top management
• Supporting various strategic projects and presentations

Your Qualifications/Required skills

• Student (m/f/d) in business administration, economics or related areas
• Work experience (e.g. internships) in Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Finance Advisory would be of advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Competent handling of MS Office applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility
