Salary Range: $165,000-$375,000

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$375,000 plus bonus eligibility and other elements of our total rewards package.  The range represents the amount bnsf | tech reasonably expects to pay for the position based on the level, scope, and responsibilities of the role.  Individual compensation and level of position offered is determined by the hiring location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, BNSF offers a comprehensive benefits package.

As a SAP Full-stack Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of scalable SAP systems.
• Support the architecture and prototyping of new SAP landscapes to meet evolving business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to efforts to transition towards S/4HANA and other SAP innovations.
• Develop in-house solutions under guidance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior consultants.
• Participate in design sessions and configuration reviews to elevate the quality of SAP practices.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of SAP applications.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to mitigate these issues.
• Implement and manage testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle to solve complex problems.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within SAP teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• I am CURRENTLY authorized to work in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience working as an SAP techno-functional consultant, with
