Description

Seven Hills seeks a full-time Building Substitute Teacher at its Richfield Campus for the 2024-2025 school year. The primary duties of this position involve effective implementation of instruction, confident student management, and good communication skills. Experience and familiarity with charter public schools are advantageous, and a knowledge and appreciation of the Classical education model is ideal.

* Effective implementation of instruction by delivering lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular classroom teacher.  

* Confident student management, and good communication skills.

* Experience and familiarity with charter public schools.

* Knowledge and appreciation of the Classical education model.

* Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and productive learning environment.  

* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners and accommodate individual learning styles.  

* Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student learning and address any challenges.  

* Follow school policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
