Any interested person may provide documentary evidence bearing on the application to the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, Office of Foreign Labor Certification, 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Room N-5311, Washington, DC 20210. JOB TITLE:  Senior Cloud Operations Engineer (Job code: JASG1249) DUTIES: Support the deployment of Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) solve customer business challenges.  Support the Guidewire cloud environment and the tools used to deploy and maintain it, including Guidewire’s internally developed programming languages. Implement and operate a complex single sign-on SAML/OAuth-based central authentication platform. Create and run software that improves the reliability of systems in production, allowing Guidewire to serve hundreds of customers and support millions of transactions every day. Develop and deploy tooling to aid in driving 24x7x365 service operations of critical worldwide systems. Deploy and operate shared multi-tenant infrastructure for a SaaS microservice-based containerized systems in addition to customer-centric application environments.  Automate deployment tasks for core product and infrastructure tools and maintain automation infrastructure. Maintain and promote a healthy codebase and ensure a high-quality product is delivered. Provide operational support for Guidewire’s flagship highly integrated Gosu/Java-based InsuranceSuite web applications. Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.  40 Hours per Week.  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of experience supporting DevOps for enterprise applications.  Also requires experience/education in: 1) Using Kubernetes to manage and maintain the production environment for company enterprise insurance software applications; 2) Agile software development lifecycle; 3) Using AWS services manage and deploy the enterprise application in the container; 4) Linux systems administration; 5) Scripting language; 6) Apache; 7) CI/CD; 8) Terraform; and 9) Single-Sign On, SAML, and oAuth. WORKSITE:970 Park Pl., Ste 200, San Mateo, CA 94403                                Pay Range and Benefits Information:  The salary range for this full-time position is $188,000 - $225,600 + bonus + equity + benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
